Pricing strategies may take into account historical booking information, comparable properties, market conditions, booking pace, availability, seasonality and other commercial indicators.

Pricing recommendations or changes cannot guarantee a particular level of revenue, profitability or occupancy.

Completing a HostMetric Get Started or property onboarding form allows us to review information relating to a property.

Submitting a form does not automatically create a management agreement, guarantee acceptance of the property or cause a listing to be published.

HostMetric may contact the owner or authorized representative to verify or obtain additional information before services begin.

You are responsible for ensuring that information provided through our website is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful or unauthorized information.

8. Photos, documents et autres contenus

By submitting photographs, floor plans, documents or other material, you confirm that you own the material or have sufficient permission to provide and use it for the purposes requested.

Where agreed as part of our services, such materials may be prepared, organized or used in accommodation listings.

Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia and other accommodation or technology providers are independent third parties.

Their fees, policies, terms, systems, rankings, algorithms and availability may change independently of HostMetric.

Unless otherwise stated, original HostMetric branding, website copy, designs, graphics, software and other HostMetric-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or materially modified without permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Utilisation acceptable

You must not use the website to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malware or malicious material.
• Interfere with normal website operation.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
